GM Container HOMES was founded in 2024 and is proudly owned by GregORY “GREG” Moore in the vibrant and dynamic metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona.
Originally hailing from the bustling city of Columbus, Ohio, Greg made the strategic decision to relocate to Phoenix to actively pursue his passion and lifelong commitment to enhancing the homes and living spaces of Arizona residents, one carefully executed project at a time.
Greg boasts a long-standing and successful history in both the housing and plumbing business, having built, renovated, and serviced countless homes throughout the entire valley. THE MISSION OF GM CONTAINERS
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, Phoenix, Arizona, has seen a significant rise in both homelessness and unemployment. The economic disruptions caused by the pandemic, including widespread job losses and the closure of many businesses, contributed to an increase in unemployment rates.
As a result, many residents faced financial instability, leading to a surge in homelessness. The city's shelters and services have been overwhelmed, and the number of people living on the streets or in temporary shelters has grown. Additionally, the rising cost of housing in Phoenix has exacerbated the issue, making it difficult for many to afford stable living conditions.

We start by applying a 4-inch spray foam insulation to all exterior and interior walls, as well as the ceiling, creating a full-time weather barrier for the home.

We use 2x3 construction lumber and 2x6 headers over all windows and doors. Our homes are built by certified electricians using above-grade materials, featuring 150 AMP panels and dedicated 20 AMP breakers with 12-2 wiring for the microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. The HVAC system includes an internal twin split unit located in the mechanical room behind the double exterior doors, which also houses the water heater, potential propane tanks, and a 3500-watt electric generator.

Our homes feature certified plumbing with modern fixtures, DWV-ABS and wirsbo piping, and a full water filtration loop, upgradeable for purification. Interiors include 1/2-inch drywall, textured in your choice of knockdown, orange peel, or flat, and painted in an eggshell finish to match your preference.

The windows are double-pane with argon gas for efficiency. Interior doors are available in solid or hollow core options.

Flooring is available in various styles and materials, including 10mm click-lock vinyl, ceramic tile, and carpet. The flooring receives two coats of epoxy for sealing and leveling.

Exterior units are sand-blasted where welding has been pre-formed and covered with an automotive grade primer, this insures quality paint that will withstand all weather conditions, particularly against weather corrosion. Our exterior paint is a quality paint to withstand all weather conditions.
We also provide a white reflective, rubberized roofing system, authorized by owner/buyer. We also offer a 40 foot by 8 foot single bedroom unit which ranges from $55,000-$85,000, depending on exterior/interior specs.
And finally, a 45 foot by 8 foot home with two bedrooms, starting at $70,000 up to $90,000 depending on exterior/interior specs.

DELIVERY
We offer delivery within the state of Arizona. Our units are built to Arizona codes for safety and quality.
GM Containers require a 50% deposit, 8-12 week lead completion time and 50% due at completion – before delivery.
WARRANTY
We back our homes with a five (5) year corrosion-free warranty on the exterior. One (1) year warranty on all interior materials and fixtures.
